(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after the interim order granted by this Court the impugned transfer order having been cancelled the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has however pointed out that the petitioner had obtained the interim order by misleading this Court and by not impleading the affected person i.e. respondent No.3 and as per him the writ petition should be dismissed on the ground of concealment. CWP-16370-2014 (O&M) -2not mentioned that out of those five times two transfer orders were issued at his request.

I find weight in these arguments. Had the petitioner mentioned the complete facts in his petition this Court may not have granted him any interim order. Consequently, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of concealment.
