***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner by way of present petition seeks a writ in the nature of habeas corpus to direct respondents No.2 and 3 to release the detenues as mentioned in Para 03, who are stated to be in illegal detention of respondents No.4 and 5.

Status report by way of affidavit of Sharandeep Kaur Brar, IAS, District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Ambala, has been filed in court today. Same is taken on record. According to same, nobody is found in illegal detention at Brick Kiln in question. In view of the above, petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
