RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.80, dated 01.03.2020, under Section 346 IPC (subsequent after regular bail under Section 346 IPC, further added in challan offence under Sections 363, 366 IPC) after granting bail in said offences, now added offence under Section 376 IPC (during trial proceedings by allowing an application under Section 216 Cr.P.C., Annexure P-7), registered at Police Station Division No.8, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court for the redressal of his claim.

Allowed as prayed for.
