The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 56 dated 30.04.2023, registered at Police Station Kotwali Nabha, District Patiala, under Section 376 of the IPC, on the basis of compromise dated 06.05.2023 (Annexure P-2) between the parties. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ripan Kumar Singla, has informed that the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been filed and charges have also been framed against by the learned trial Court. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition, at this stage with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 5.

Pending miscellaneous application (s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
