The present petition has been preferred against the impugned order dated 23.01.2025 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana, vide which, the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. moved by the petitioner to summon respondent Nos.2 to 6 as additional accused has been dismissed.

The present petitioner can invoke alternative remedies by filing the petition before the revisional Court on the same cause of action. 3.

The present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the revisional Court by way of filing a petition, on the same cause of action.
