ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to review/revise the final answer key dated 17.05.2021 (Annexure P-11)of the examination for the post of Clerk Group 'C' conducted on 22.09.2019 pursuant to advertisement No.05/2019.

Pleaded case of petitioner is that 4858 posts of Clerks in Group 'C' were advertised by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission vide advertisement No.5/2019. Petitioner, being eligible, applied and appeared in the written examination. However, he raised objections to six question which was not taken into consideration by the respondentCommission. 3.

Qua his aforesaid grievance, petitioner submitted representation dated 27.05.2022 (Annexure P-15),but the same has not been adverted till date. Hence the petition.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by competent authority, either way, on the pending representation dated 27.05.2022 (Annexure P-15). 5.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the representation dated 27.05.2022 (Annexure P-15) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law, within 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 8.

Till the decision on pending representation of the petitioner, one post in the category the petitioner had applied, shall be kept vacant. 9.

Disposed of accordingly.
