Petitioner - M/s Surbhi Garments (Management) has filed the present writ petition, challenging the award dated 11.02.2014 (Annexure P3), whereby Reference No.81 of 2005, under Section 10(1)(C) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (in short, 'ID Act'), has been answered in favour of respondent No.2 - Parshu Ram (workman). 2.

On 13.08.2018, following order was passed:- "Present:

Mr. Atul Yadav, Advocate for the petitioner.

None for respondent No.2.

**** Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he be given some time to look into the matter whether dues on account of provident fund were released to the respondent-workman or not and he is to file the details in this regard. Adjourned to 24.01.2019.

Again the direction was repeated on 24.07.2022. Thereafter, on 02.11.2023, petitioner appeared and sought an adjournment. On 26.02.2024, again following order was passed:- "Present:

**** There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that even order dated 13.08.2018, is yet to be complied with by the petitioner. He also submits that again on 24.07.2023, direction was given to comply with order dated 13.08.2018. Still, there is no compliance. Adjourned to 01.03.2024.

Registry is directed to inform telephonically, Mr. Atul Yadav, counsel for the petitioner about he next date fixed before this Court.
