On asking of Court, Mr. Inderjeet Singh Ladher, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court accepts notice on behalf of respondent/State and have no objection if the prayer made in the application is allowed.
In view of above, the present application is allowed and main case is taken today itself on board.
Main Case Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3, to provide protection of life and liberty of the petitioners and also directing the respondents No.4 to 11 not to interfere in the personal life and liberty of the petitioners.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balwant Singh, Police Station Giddarbaha, submits that both the parties have recorded their statement to the effect that there is no threat perception on behalf of private respondents and they are happily residing at their native village. 3.
Learned State counsel has filed statements of the petitioners recorded by the police in Court today, which are taken on record as Annexure 'R-1'.

In view of the statements filed by learned State counsel, present petition stands disposed of accordingly.
