(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., inter alia seeking directions to respondents No.2 & 3 for taking strict legal action and registration of FIR by conducting an inquiry in DDR No. 34, dated 07.10.2020, registered at Police Station Canal Colony Bathinda (Annexure P-2), against private respondents No.4 to 6.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to avail of alternative remedies under the provisions of law.
