This appeal arises out of an order passed by the learned Single Judge refusing to interfere in the ongoing inquiry against the appellant.

The learned Single Judge has observed that the allegations made against the appellant had not been inquired into, and accordingly, appropriate disciplinary proceedings have been initiated and the appellant has been placed under suspension.

On the previous occasion, we adjourned this matter in order to enable the learned State counsel to obtain instructions and inform the Court as to by the time within which such ongoing inquiry could be SURESH KUMAR 2026.05.30 14:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned State counsel, on instructions from the concerned Department, submits that the ongoing inquiry shall itself be concluded within a period of three months, provided the appellant cooperates. 6.
In that view of the matter, we dispose of this appeal with the observation that the ongoing disciplinary inquiry against the appellant shall be concluded within a period of three months. The appellant also undertakes to cooperate in such proceedings.

All pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
