*** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking setting aside the order dated 17.03.2017 (Annexure P-8) passed by learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Chandigarh and possession notice dated 09.01.2017 (Annexure P-7).

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies as available to him, in accordance with law.
