Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 have stated that they would not interfere in the life of the petitioners. Likewise, petitioners have also stated that as of now they do not apprehend any threat to their life.

The aforesaid statement as recorded by the Investigating Agency, satisfies the counsel for the petitioner.
