Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that petitioners are accused in complaint case i.e. COMP-37 dated 20.04.2017 under Sections 3 & 4(10) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Sections 307, 323 & 506 IPC. Learned counsel further contended that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners with liberty to them to move an application for granting regular bail to them before the learned trial Judge, taking all these pleas. In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
