The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to safeguard the life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members and not to harass them by calling them to the police station again and again and not to falsely implicate them in cases.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the police have been harassing the petitioners repeatedly by calling them to the police station in connection with Jahar Singh @ Prince Rana, who is the son of petitioners No.1 and 2. He further submits that the petitioners had already disowned him in the year 2023.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondents that, in case the petitioners are required for investigation, a proper notice shall be served at least three days in advance before securing their appearance.
