(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the respondent to accept the amount as settled under the OTS Scheme in view of the letter dated 25th January, 2017 (Annexure P-4) issued by the respondent. Further, payer has also been made to issue direction to the respondent regarding sale of property of the petitioner under the Securitization & Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the Act'). 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to her, in accordance with law..

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to her, in accordance with law.
