Further direction has been sought to respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 4.6.2024 (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to look into the representations dated 4.6.2024 (Annexure P-1), within a time bound manner.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3/SSP, Kapurthala, to look into the representations (Annexure P-1) and decide the same by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks.
