******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kishori Lal submits that Surinder Singh was arrested by police of CIA Staff, Pathankot on 24.06.2018 in case bearing FIR No. 83 dated 24.06.2018, registered at Police Station Division no. 2, Pathankot. He was produced before the Court on 24.06.2018 and remanded to police custody till 27.06.2018 on which date he was remanded to judicial custody. Presently, Surinder Singh is in judicial custody at Sub Jail Pathankot.

To similar effect is the report of Warrant Officer dated 02.07.2016.

In view of submissions of learned State counsel and report of Warrant Officer, no further action is required in this petition. Disposed of.
