(Oral) In view of the affidavit filed by respondent No.3, on 12.07.2023, with the help of the police, the revenue officials have got vacated the illegal encroachment from Khasra No.85//26 and 85//27, with the help of JCB machine and the possession is delivered to the Gram Panchayat.

Accordingly, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law.
