******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Sangrur filed by learned State counsel is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that the police has not registered any case against Lakhwinder Singh and Mannu Singh, who on arrival of warrant officer left the police station of their own. They have also apprised the warrant officer that they have not been detained by the police. Keeping in view report of warrant officer and that Lakhwinder Singh and Mannu Singh have left the police station of their own on arrival of warrant officer, no further action is required to be taken in this petition.
