Challenge is to the order dated 10.04.2019 passed by the learned Appellate Authority, Sangrur assessing mesne profits at the rate of ₹3,500/- per month. The learned Rent Controller has ordered eviction against which an appeal, filed by the tenant, is pending before the learned Appellate Authority.
Without going into the merits of the case, it is considered appropriate to direct the learned Appellate Authority, Sangrur to decide the Rent Appeal No. 89 dated 13.12.2018 in the case "Kedar Nath v. Ravi Shankar" positively within a period of three months from today. Disposed of.
