(Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is direction to the respondents to allot plot in the name of the petitioner under oustees quota category on account of acquisition of 06 Bighas of land, comprised in Khewat No.70/61 Min, Khasra Nos. 157, 158/1 and 158/2, situated within the revenue estate of village Nizampur, Distt. Panipat, for development of Sector 18, HUDA, Panipat. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner has not raised any notice of demand before approaching this Court, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed and comprehensive representation to the respondents. However, a prayer was made that a time bound direction be issued to the respondents to decide the same expeditiously. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It is, however, observed that in case such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the respondents within a period of next three months from the date of its receipt, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
