Present second petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of interim bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.33 dated 10.04.2023, under Sections 15(c) & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda, Punjab. 2.

Since petitioner has already been granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 18.10.2024, passed in CRM-M No.257962024, titled as "Gurpreet Singh versus State of Punjab"; therefore, present petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. 3.
