This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) for issuance of directions to the official respondent Nos.2 to 4 to take strict legal action against respondent Nos.5 to 7. 2.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Jatinder Singh has stated that a FIR has now been registered. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition.
