The instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous in view of constitution of Tribunal under the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 and the same is disposed of as such.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Tribunal for redressal of his grievance in which eventuality, the question of delay would not be considered against him.
