JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Petitioner is employed as Assistant Executive Engineer with the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, Patiala (for short "PSPCL"). A charge sheet dated 02.09.2007 culminated into an order dated 18.3.2009 whereby punishment of stoppage of two annual increments without any future effect was imposed. Appeal against the said order was also dismissed. The grievance is regarding the order dated 23.9.2015 whereby an order regarding suspension period w.e.f 13.8.2007 to 03.10.2007 has been treated to be leave of the kind due. The order appears to be perfectly justified in the light of the fact that the charges stood proved against the petitioner, although a minor penalty was imposed.

In view of the above, no ground for interference is made out.

Dismissed.
