PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners are seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6.

Notice of motion.

Mr. R.K.S Brar, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents.

As per the petitioners, they have married on 15.06.2023 against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 6, who happen to be the family members of petitioner No.1 i.e. Ritu Rani.

Both the petitioners have claimed themselves to be major relying upon their Aadhar Cards indicating that petitioner No.1-Ritu Rani is 01.05.2001 born and petitioner No.2-Amit Kumar is 13.12.1998 born. Without commenting on the legality and validity of the DEEPAK KUMAR 2023.06.19 19:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP-6130-2023 -22023:PHHC: 082199 marriage, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 (Superintendent of Police, District Sirsa) to look into the representation dated 15.06.2023 (Annexure P-4) submitted by the petitioners.

Keeping in view the fact that both the petitioners claim to have married, I think that if possible, respondent No.2 may call a meeting of the petitioners as well as respondents No.4 to 6 in his presence, so that the parties get rid off their ill feelings and live amicably. The petition stands disposed off.
