Service is waived, as Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the respondents intend auctioning all the plots without reserving plots for them on a preferential basis.

The respondents state that the auction will not be held in respect of nine plots. The fate of these nine plots, learned counsel for the respondents states, would abide by the result of any proceedings that the respondents may adopt in respect of the order of the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana dated 17.07.2015. This is in view of the order dated 24.09.2015 passed by the Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula and the observations made therein. 3.

In these circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of by granting the respondents liberty to proceed with the auction except in the case of nine plots. The result of these nine plots shall be subject to further proceedings that the parties may adopt.
