(ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for quashing the letter dated 07.07.2014 (Annexure P-3) issued by respondent No.3 whereby application of the petitioner for award of LPG distributorship has been rejected.

Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 states that in view of letter dated 25.02.2016 issued by Government of India, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi, this petition has been rendered infructuous. Photocopy of letter dated 25.02.2016 is taken on record.

Disposed of as infructuous.
