SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.14 dated 02.02.2019, under Sections 308, 341, 323, 506, 427, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Nehianwala, District Bathinda.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Baljeet Singh submits that the petitioner has already been arrested and therefore, the prayer for anticipatory bail has become infructuous. He further submits that challan has also been filed on 18.02.2020.

In view of above, the present petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
