(ORAL) By this common order, I shall dispose of above-titled two petitions i.e. CRWP No.570 of 2018 under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondents No.2 to 4 therein to set the detenue along with her belongings at liberty and produce her before this Court and CRM-M-33448 of 2018 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance RAVINDER SINGH 2020.01.31 14:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2CRWP No.570 of 2018 of direction to protect life and liberty of petitioner and his family members. As per Status report filed by the State, all possible efforts have been made by the police to trace son of the petitioner, namely Nitish Kumar of CRM-M-33448 of 2018 and daughter of petitioner, namely, Sindhu Singh of CRWP No.570 of 2018, who both, according to facebook, were regularly chatting with each other, may be on account of their infatuation and love affair. Both are missing. Therefore, there is possibility that Nitish Kumar and Sindhu Singh must have eloped together to some unknown place.

Considering above aspect of the matter, no purpose would be served by keeping the instant petitions pending. Therefore, both above-titled petitions are disposed of. They be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
