(ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that when the warrant officer raided the police station, the son of the petitioner was found locked in case FIR No.60, dated 09.07.2018, registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala. Therefore, the son of the petitioner was not confined illegally by official respondent No.3. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
