Accordingly, Annexure P-11 is taken on record. CWP No. 7473-2022 Petitioners are seeking setting aside of notifications dated 21.06.2006, 20.06.2007 (P-3 and P-4 respectively) and award dated 28.02.2008.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel submits that the present petition be disposed of by giving a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice/representation, which has been submitted, after filing of the present writ petition, in compliance of order dated 08.04.2022. In view of the above factual position, the present petition stands disposed of and a direction is given to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to pass a speaking order on the representation dated 29.04.2022 ( P-11), within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
