Vide order dated 11.09.2024, the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties have since compromised the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and the same has been reduced into writing on 13.12.2024, which is signed by all the parties and that the present appeal may be disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 13.12.2024 and that the parties would be bound to transfer the ownership and possession as per the terms of the compromise and to get the revenue record corrected. 3.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the settlement dated 13.12.2024, which is marked as Ex.C1. Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly. The compromise dated 13.12.2024 (Ex.C1) shall be made part of the decree sheet.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
