(ORAL) Learned State counsel contends that husband of the petitioner namely Shamsher Singh @ Sammi was arrested on 12.06.2018, in case bearing FIR No.19 dated 12.06.2018, under Section 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act and was sent to judicial custody after his production before Illaqa Magistrate, Zira. Therefore, the instant petition is not maintainable. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
