**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Instant petition has been filed by the petitioners for issuance of directions to official respondents No.2 and 3, for protection to the lives and liberty of the petitioners, and not to interfere into their peaceful married life, at the instance of respondents No.4 to 10.

In this case, notice of motion was issued for 02.09.2021, and in response thereto, status report dated 25.11.2021, by way of affidavit of Satish Kumar, HPS, DSP, Ferozepur Jhirka, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, was filed in the registry. Para Nos. 4 & 5 of the said status report says as under:- "4.

That it is also pertinent to mention here that the local police has also made serious efforts to contact the petitioners and have joined them in the enquiry proceedings on 23.10.2021 and their statements were also recorded and they have stated in their statements that they have solemnized marriage with each other as per their own will and after marriage they have gone out JAWALA RAM 2023.02.22 15:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement.

CRWP-8274-2021 - 2 - for Honeymoon. The petitioners have specifically contended that they have no danger to their life and liberty at the hands of private respondents and they do not require any police protection. The copies of the aforesaid statements are annexed as Annexure R-1 & 2. 5.

That it is also worthwhile to mention here that one case FIR No.305 dated 10-07-2021 u/s 366 IPC has also been registered against petitioner no.2 in PS, Pahari, District Bharatpur (Rajasthan) on the complaint of grandfather of petitioner No.1. As per FIR petitioner No.1 was forcibly kidnapped by petitioner No.2 and two other unkown persons. In the said case, the petitioner No.2 was arrested on 10.07.2021. However, a challan u/s 173 Cr.P.C. is yet to be submitted in the concerned court by Rajasthan police. The translated copy of FIR No.305/2021 is annexed as Annexure R-3. The petitioner No.2 has been released on bail on 15.07.2021 in the aforesaid case."

In view of the explanation given by respondents No.1 to 3 in the aforesaid status report, and reproduced hereabove, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of present petition.
