The petitioner has filed the present writ petition in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the Industrial Policy, taking into consideration the judgment of this Court in CWP 19007 of 2002 decided on 20.5.2011. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage in case a direction is issued to the respondents to consider representation (Annexure P-17) dated 3.3.2016. I have gone through the contents of the representation (Annexure P-17), which on the face of it are not detailed, as such, I do not deem it appropriate to issue any direction, at this stage, to the respondents. It will be open to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation, incorporating all the pleas taken up in this petition.

In case the said representation is not considered within a reasonable time in accordance with law, it will be open to the petitioner to approach this court again for necessary directions, if so required.
