(ORAL) The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider and decide its legal notice/representation dated 05.08.2021 (Annexure P-5). Ms. Puneeta Sethi, learned senior panel counsel entering appearance on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 on advance copy submits that the legal notice/representation dated 05.08.2021 (Annexure P-5) shall be considered and decided by authorities in accordance with law expeditiously. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for respondents No. 1 to 3, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition which is disposed of.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
