(ORAL) Through this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of petition, prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus directing respondents No.1 and 2 to get released or produce the detenues mentioned in para No.6 of the petition from the illegal custody of respondent No.3.

As per office report, cost has been deposited. Perusal of reply filed by State shows that detenues mentioned in para No.6 of the petition were not found illegally confined by respondent No.3.
