An innocuous prayer is made in the instant petition, for a direction being made, upon the learned trial Judge concerned, to make an expeditious trial of the case, arising out of FIR No. 97 of 27.6.2014, registered at Police Station Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur, whereins, offences constituted under Sections 307, 353, 186, 355, 332, 120-B, 148, 149 of the IPC, are embodied.

The above prayer is accepted, and, the learned trial Judge concerned, is directed to, within six months from today, conclude the trial, as arises from the FIR (supra).
