CWP No.19040 of 2013 As per resolution dated 20.02.2015 (Annexure R-4/3) passed by the Executive Council, whereby they have revised the qualifications for the post of Associate Professor and minimum of 8 years of teaching/research experience is required for the post of Associate Professor along with other qualifications.

In this view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed of, as having become rendered infructuous.
