RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to respondents especially respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 28.09.2020, Annexure P-1 and not to remove the existing structure of Mahu Distributory taking off from right side of Nigana Canal at RD 16500-L, under Jui Water Services Division, Bhiwani, and continue to supply water as per existing system for two months for irrigating their fields because Rabi crops (Mustard and wheat) are to be sown from October 1st week to November end or till Rabi crops are completely sown in the area.

Learned State counsel has submitted that petition was filed praying for to continue the water supply as per existing system for two months only, i.e. from October 1st week to November end or till Rabi crops are completely sown in the area in the year 2020. She further submits, on instructions from Sh.Raghubir Sharma, SDO, Irrigation, Biwani, that

CWP-16056-2020 -2structure which was prayed not to be demolished has already been demolished and the modeling work of the channel has already been completed. She submits that similar writ petition bearing CWP No.15327 of 2020 involving similar issue has already been disposed of by this Court as infructuous.

In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, petitioners would be at liberty to pursue their remedies in case they have any surviving grievance.
