(ORAL) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the concession of bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.117 dated 24.10.2020 under Sections 20, 20(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Behrampur, District Gurdaspur, a prayer for withdrawal of the instant petition has been made.
