Main case
Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that despite the representations given to the police vide Annexures P-1 and P-2, the same have not been entertained by the said authority. He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2-ADGP (Crime) with Bureau of Investigation, Punjab, to decide the aforesaid representations in a time bound manner.

She has no objection in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid representations by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.

Without going into the merits of the case and without observing anything on the merits, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representations moved by the petitioner vide Annexures P-1 and P-2 and pass an order in accordance with law, within a period of two months from today.
