1. Learned counsel for the University states that after the interim order was passed by this Court, a provisional seniority list has been drawn after examining the objections of the petitioners, and all the stakeholders have been asked to make their objections to the new provisional seniority list whereafter a final seniority list will be published, and promotions thereafter shall be made.

2. The statement of learned counsel for the University is taken on record, which is in consonance with para 3 of their written statements.

3. In view of above, the grievance of the petitioners is substantively redressed and no further order is required to be passed in the writ petition. The petitioners will be free to take up any objections which MOHIT GOYAL 2024.01.20 16:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

4. The disposal of this writ petition would not, in any manner, come in the way of the petitioners or anyone else from challenging the final seniority list, if so required. The University shall be now free to act according to the statement as recorded above.

5. Writ Petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.

6. All interims orders stand vacated.
