Through the instant petition, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 14.08.2020, whereby, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sirsa, had declined to release the vehicle concerned on superdari. 2.

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has informed this Court that the vehicle concerned has already been released on superdari, in favour of the petitioner, by the learned trial Court concerned.
