(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to 3rd respondent-Director General Higher Education Department, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector-5, Panchkula to consider the representation dated 09.04.2019 (Annexure P-6) within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct 3rd respondent-Director General Higher Education Department, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector-5, Panchkula to consider the representation dated 09.04.2019 (Annexure P-6) within a period of one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.3 shall be liable to pay costs of `50,000/- to the petitioner.
