Seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 vide order dated 19.12.2024, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 483(3) r/w 528 of BNSS, 2023.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.2 never cooperated with the Investigator and give also false version before the Investigator, as such, his bail is liable to cancel.

State counsel submits that respondent No.2 has joined the investigation and fully cooperated.

Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that respondent No.2 complied with the order passed by this Court and also joined the investigation. She further submits that present FIR is result of family feud and the wife wants to settle the score through this litigation.

When the State admitted the fact of joining investigation and cooperation, as such there is no reason for this Court to cancel the bail granted to respondent No.2. 6.
