Prayer in the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus to locate the detenue - Divroop Kaur (daughter of the petitioner), aged about 12 years, who was in custody of respondent Nos.4 & 5. 2.

Mr. A.K. Ranolia, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of petitioner and has filed his Power of Attorney in Court with no objection from the earlier counsel, the same is taken on record. 3.

Both the counsels are ad idem that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and now custody of the detenue - Divroop Kaur (daughter of the petitioner) has already been handed over to the petitioner as such present petition has become infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
