(ORAL) Through this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of petition, prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus directing respondents No.1 and 2 to get released or produce detenue-Seema, minor daughter of the petitioners from the illegal custody of respondents No.3 to 6.

Affidavit of Sh. Balbir Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector, Police Station Sadar Kharar, District SAS Nagar (Mohali) has been filed in Court today. The same is taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place.
