(ORAL) Learned State counsel contends that vide order dated 01.08.2018, coordinate Bench has directed the Registry to appoint a Warrant Officer to raid Police Station Division No.2, Ludhiana where allegedly husband and brother of the petitioner were illegally detained after picking them up from their houses.

Pursuant thereto, Mr. Jaswant Singh, Warrant Officer on the very same day i.e. 01.08.2018, raided the concerned police station and found none of alleged detenus present there.
